Inventory

• Products are normally in stock
• When an order is made, typical turn-around is three to five business days
• Customer will be notified immediately if turn-around will take longer than five business days

Placing an order

• (1) The LEVROIL Store utilizes Intuit for its secure e-commerce transactions
• (2) Email a purchase order via LEVROIL Email Order Form
• (3) Request a product via Contact Us
• When order is shipped, an invoice will be mailed to purchaser

Payment Terms

• American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover
• Net 30 and Net 15 are available upon credit approval
• Pail orders less than six will be charged a lower shipping fee, not common carrier pricing
• Never a handling fee
• No sales tax

Shipping

• Freight On Board (PA,DE,IN)
• Please allow up to five business days for delivery from ship date
• Orders may be canceled by email at sales@levroil.com ONLY if product has not shipped
• Products will be shipped by Common Carrier, FedEx, UPS and USPS

Drums = Common Carrier Only
5 or less Pails = FedEx, UPS or USPS Only
6 or more Pails = Common Carrier Only
