Purchase
LEVROIL LLC has chosen to use Intuit's merchant services as its secure purchase provider. Prior to purchase please read Intuit merchant, LEVROIL and all other policies that may change at any time.
Because of the nature of the Internet, ordering online from LEVROIL LLC acknowledges that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions on the LEVROIL Web site. LEVROIL LLC and its brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
Pre-Paid & Add All orders will not be charged until shipping amounts have been determined and added to the bill of sale/invoice.
Ordering Methods
At this time the preferred ordering methods are secure shopping cart, email or FAX.
Payment Options
Orders are paid by credit card via "Secure Online Purchase". We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Faxing or email orders can be sent to 321-248-6590 or sales@levroil.com.
Shipping
LEVROIL products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should immediateley file a claim with the carrier. In most cases, all orders will be shipped within one business week. Please note, we DO NOT ship/process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday or after 5pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note: LEVROIL LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. LEVROIL LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order modifications/cancellations
All changes or cancellations to an order must be submitted prior to shipping by email at sales@levroil.com. Order modifications/cancellations that occur after shipping will become the sole responsibility of the customer. LEVROIL will make every effort to accommodate these requests to the satisfaction of the customer. If the shipment has already been picked up by the carrier, the original order must proceed and be charged as purchased.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
It is our policy to resolve any issues that result in dissatisfaction of our product. We will make every attempt to expedite an exchange or a full refund. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Any discrepancies pertaining to the order purchased should be reported to LEVROIL within 24 hours of receiving the order. If a product purchased proves to be defective or not to reasonable satisfaction, it may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any customer wishing to return a product must first get authorization from LEVROIL LLC by contacting sales@levroil.com. It is the sole discretion of LEVROIL LLC that an RMA is granted or declined. If a RMA is granted, the unused portion must be returned as it was shipped originally without harm to the container or foreign containments in the product. A shipping authorization may be provided for covering the cost of the return shipping. If the product is found to be non-defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Refund
If a refund is necessary, LEVROIL LLC will make every attempt to return the purchase price within one business week or as allowed by the credit processing company. There will be no refund of the original shipping cost under any circumstances.
Back-order Policy
If any LEVROIL product is not available within one business week when ordered, we will email or phone you when we expect the product to ship. You will be among the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If the item is expected to be back ordered beyond ten business days, you will be informed immediately and given the chance to cancel the order at any time. If you would like to change your shipping method, please send an email to sales@levroil.com and we will change it for you.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it easily available on our website.
